行程太赶了 不如就去一个地方 我这次去的霞浦 一个地方的话 会有时间去等 日出 日落 有时间去逛逛博物馆 去镇上吃好吃的这些 一次聚焦一个地方 规划几个想去的景点 剩下留点自由活动时间 多和当地人聊聊天 如果喜欢爬山就爬爬山 喜欢美食就多吃点好吃的

主要还是得多活动 手表设置下久坐提醒 然后按照官方视频建议调整一下关键的位置的高度 显示屏的高度 还有前面的脚踏高度 保证腿是有一定角度的 我是不习惯网孔的
