This message is to clients on SEACVZE5-6. This node has encountered a CPU lock up and needs to be rebooted. We will be rebooting it shortly. We are going to upgrade it to the latest kernel which appears to be more stable in this regard. We will send out a tweet on http://twitter.com/nodestatus once the node is back online and you can reboot your VPSs (if you don't want to wait for it to happen automatically).

EAGAIN Insufficient resources to create another thread, or a system-imposed limit on the number of threads was encountered. The latter case may occur in two ways: the RLIMIT_NPROC soft resource limit (set via setrlimit(2)),which limits the number of process for a real user ID, was reached; or the kernel's system-wide limit on the number of threads, /proc/sys/kernel/threads-max, was reached.

因为intel全靠amd，才躲过了反垄断诉讼。
