@JensenQian 破案了，过年走亲戚没碰到什么问题，回老家发现宽带是中国广电，宽带线路质量太差了

@monkey110 手机上稳定 4w 到 6w 。可能是因为移动端屏幕素质原因这个速度就已经可以拖 4k 进度条不怎么卡了，电脑应该速度会更快

@monkey110 现在走完亲戚暂时在小区呆着。3 号节点据说是 cn2gia 用着非常舒适。但是在老家晚上就算不断流都上不了 10000kbps 。只能说直连很挑地区和宽带，谨慎入坑。

再补充一下，不设置 dns 的情况下打开 YouTube 的 app 可以加载视频封面图片和评论但无法播放视频，chrome 用 google 显示此网站无法提供安全连接 err_ssl_protocol_error
