fastboot 刷机包，这个 rom 包应该救不了这种只有端口的黑砖。。。你可以想办法从 gpt 文件里读取资料生成 rawprogram0.xml 文件，从别的 8926cpu 的机型比如联想的 S810trom 里找个 prog_***_firehose_****.mbn 文件，放到一起，然后再试试 miflash。

还是有点机会的。

首先你的 rom 包里面：
