Adobe Flash Player 30.0.0.113 中国特供版离线安装包

由于众所周知的原因，现在即使断网安装来自 Flash Player 安装问题 页面下载的离线安装包，也会在联网使用的时候提示“此 Flash Player 与您的地区不兼容，请重新安装 Adobe Flash Player ”，见 /t/461821。

为了防止有人既不想使用 Adobe Download Manager, 又不想动自己的 hosts (比如我)，本人把 Flash 中国特供版 的离线安装包下载地址给挖出来了，以尽可能地避免中国特供版 ADM 后期再加其他猛料。同时提供国际 EXE 安装版本和 MSI 安装版本。

Disable and Prevent Flash Player Update Prompts Forever

Option 1 – Windows Only
Hold the Windows Key and press “ R ” to bring up the “ Run ” dialog box.
Type “ services.msc “, then press “ Enter “.
Double-click the “ Adobe Flash Player Update Service “.
For the “ Startup type “, choose “ Disabled “.
Select “ OK ” and close the “ Services ” window.

Option 2 – Windows, Mac, & Linux
Navigate to the following location depending on your operating system.
32-bit Windows – C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
64-bit Windows – C:\Windows\SysWow64\Macromed\Flash
Linux – /etc/adobe/
MacOS – /Library/Application Support/Macromedia
Open the “ mms.cfg ” file using a text editor such as Notepad.
Change the line that says “ AutoUpdateDisable=0 ” to “ AutoUpdateDisable=1 “.
Close and save the file. Adobe Flash should no longer prompt for updates.

话说在服务里把“ FlashHelperService ”服务禁用了，然后不再更新，是不是就不会被收集隐私资料了？

@shannwoo 不是。实际上说，只要你禁止了那个服务打开任何带有 Flash 的网页都会说一个必须的系统组件没有运行。

顺便忘了说，离线安装的 Flash 是不带这个组件的，所以离线安装没用。

找破解版吧。

@standin000 但是与此同时，29 以后的所有安全补丁就无效了（比如 31 的安全修复公告见 https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/flash-player/apsb18-31.html ）。

我也不想用，新电脑装 TIM，需要 PPAPI 和 ActiveX，那就只有不用 TIM 了
