那是你软件归属地错误。真的这样绕新加坡没有延迟没有 300ms 以上算是超光速了。

bgp.he.net 的东西是 HE 自己收集来的信息,并不是及时的,你这个明显是 IP 库没更新。

ip 库问题。绕新加坡的话,你那延迟根本不够。
没有 100%准确的 ip 库,要有自己的判断 |
