每天打开网站后台总看到CPU、Network、Disk IO某几个时间状态是断开的，下午3点的时候有十几分钟连不上VPS，之后看状态就是图里那样，难道我的VPS每天都会间歇抽风几次？这算正常吗？

你可以上一个vps的监控啊，比如uptimerobot，pingdom
