一个站点，用的 PHP ，转的是香港某电视频道，我看至少有两年半的时间了，目前仍还能看。
我看 IP 是 104.21.78.138 、172.67.222.107 ， 端口用的是 8880 ，应该不会是收费的服务吧？

cf 严查的是缓存，不是流量。如果你违规制造大量缓存，cf 一定找你，但是流量不会，因为 cf 自己拉的网线，流量不要钱但是硬盘要
