短信流程问题没有任何可能给你加速了。

那么我来提供个思路

1. 登录问题，先立即添加账号/手机号+密码登录，既往没密码的可以让客户线上设置/找回密码
2. 注册问题，立即添加邮箱/小程序/公众号+第三方授权登录
3. 验证码问题，2 周审核期间内暂时改变流程，实时监测注册，有注册需求改为手动发短信，公司名义或者自行解决手机卡的问题。

鉴于你们上周才有客户反馈无法收验证码，可想而知你们涉及到验证码的业务其实也不是很多，思路 3 具备非常大的操作空间
总体的紧急程度按照上面顺序。
