不上 5K 你只能忍受 1080p 的 HiDPI ，别的分辨率用 better display 之类的东西强开 HiDPI 也会模糊

其实 AV1 硬解上游的 ffmpeg/mpv 早就支持了，只不过 IINA 一直没适配。我也是让 gpt-5.4 魔改了一下，现在可以支持 AV1 硬解，顺便支持了杜比视界 profile5 色调映射、AVS+/AVS2/AVS3/AV3A/DRA 软解。
