不同意 @WhoMercy 说的， 忙不等于就是有挑战，可能只是重复性工作多，需求变更反复，这样的公司也不会有什么好的开发流程

年轻人便宜，身体好呗，为了改善整个就业环境，推荐年轻人加班不能够钱的直接就辞职。

虽然不像前端 JS 生态那样，但是 3-5 年就能冒出个 Golang/Docker，一下子满世界都搞微服务。Python 一下子从小众变大众。下一个 3-5 年又如何？

感觉搞技术的，就算做个 Leader/技术经理，也累死累活的，还得不断跟进新技术，就算深入到原理源码，每几年主流技术栈也会被刷新一次
