Windsurf 调价后对重度用户来说比 Cursor 更贵了，Flow Actions 的额度消耗得很快。
Cursor 额度用完还能用 slow premium requests ，Windsurf 就只能用 Cascade Base Model 了。

从 Big Sur 之后就一直用 Safari 了。要说整体感受，就是快！
