用 DOH 能上来只是说明域名的 DNS 污染了，并没有墙，如果是真墙了，就算你 DNS 解析正确，也是上不来的

zouter JP 16.8 用 IPV6 就行，或者上游 skyline JPlite IPV6 ，上海联通都是直插，和 AWS JP 差不多
