具体就是我在 notify 里面通过接口动态创建定时任务，任务触发了，但是会报这个错误

你应该是在 apscheduler 里面引用了 current_app, request 之类的对象、但是又不在 app_context 等上下文里面……简单的解决：把需要的参数提取出来，直接传入到 apscheduler 函数里面，避免引用
