Root cause: A trust connection issue between subsets of our service infrastructure was causing an issue where users may have been unable to access the Exchange Online service. Additionally, users that were able to access the service may have experienced delays when attempting to send and receive email.

Next steps:
- We're reviewing service logs to better understand why there was a trust connection issue within a subset of our infrastructure and to determine a plan to better identify these problems sooner.

速度可能还要取决于 tenant 初次选择的 location，如果选择大陆这边的话，数据中心会在 H （） K，但是如果选到其他地方去的话可能在大陆访问会更慢一下。不过似乎都是有 CDN 的。

之前有联系微软，根据原始说明，是通过微软的 support agent 的账号直接读取的客户邮件，受到影响的客户微软有发送邮件确认。并且影响到的是 Outlook 私人客户。
