上班摸鱼的时候看到，只能说句句箴言呀，我工作刚好 5 年，刚入职那会儿，都是跟着项目组干，没太多体会，现在变成项目负责人之后，3.4 两点让我吃了很多亏，想到个 idea 就大家讨论实施上线测试，但最后往往本末倒置。现在渐渐领悟一个道理：先别管好不好，先管有没有，先及格再拔尖。

既恐惧又焦虑，恐惧体制内的工作温水煮青蛙，以后没法动弹.焦虑自己找不到方向，每天日复一日的混日子，恐惧感愈发强烈，或许不能这样了，找点爱好，找点兴趣，学点东西.
