Steadicam 指“稳定摄像系统/斯坦尼康”，是一种通过机械结构（常配合背心与弹簧臂）把摄像机与摄影师的身体动作隔离开来，从而在走动、上下楼等移动拍摄时获得平稳画面的设备与技术。（也可泛指使用该系统拍摄的“稳定器运镜”。）
