Unfortunately, once an Apple ID is linked to an OpenAI account, it cannot be unlinked or transferred to another account. This is a limitation set by Apple, where one Apple ID cannot manage multiple subscriptions for the same service.
To subscribe to ChatGPT Plus with a different OpenAI account (Account B), you would need to use a different Apple ID that isn’t already associated with another OpenAI account.
