8月17日发布5.5.2/5.4.18后。PHP官方紧急发布了5.5.3/5.4.19.修正了一个OpenSSL模块的Bug.以及5.4.18不能编译的问题。完全改进：

难怪 PHP 5.4.18 只有windows版，没有linux版。

原来是编译不过去啊…
