Detailing the requirements for defining and preparing the necessary business cases
Active management of the interface to the specialist departments, early recognition of requirements, transfer of functional requirements into technical-functional solution descriptions
Review and assessment of new requirements in terms of dependency on existing and ongoing projects
Coordination with the project portfolio manager and with the IT strategy, IT architecture and IT security and compliance

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the field of requirements management including the corresponding methods
CPRE certification is desirable
Very good knowledge of English
Good analytical and communication skills

Your tasks:

Development, management and institutionalisation of a project portfolio management
Design, development and implementation of project processes and processes in the areas of software development and life cycle
Planning and management of a team of highly qualified project managers
IT representation in project SteerCos
Economic, organizational and technical management of IT projects with a focus on software, process and organizational development
Responsibility for the achievement of the project goals and results in terms of content, deadlines, costs and quality

Successfully completed studies in business administration or business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling and managing complex IT projects or software development projects
Knowledge of business management processes and structures
Confident use of project management methods and tools
Very good knowledge of English
Organisational talent and ability to work in a team
