正在使用的阿里云 ECS,手动停止后因库存不足无法启动

    WTF?????????什么奇葩????

    去扩容云盘,发现重启后云盘容量并没有增长,我想着要不停止一下试试,结果就提示资源不足了. ALIYUN NB!!
