苹果个人开发者账号被禁，APP 也被下架，还好我没目前只是自己内测，还没有真实用户。 以下是基本情况简述： 之前一天收到一封英文邮件，我用我尽有的百度知识启用了百度翻译，大体看懂了邮件的内容，说我们欺诈之类的。 我就郁闷了，我们这样一个简单到不能再简单的 APP，既没有支付功能，也没有真实用户，6 月 28 号上架后（因为担心上架审核周期很长，所以就用一个不太完整的 APP 进行了上架申请，稍微改了一下之后，居然就通过并上架了），我们继续进行内测迭代时，都是用这个开发者账号下的 testflight 进行了，新包从来没有更新上架过，突然，该开发者账号邮箱于 7 月 30 号收到一封英文信，没有及时看到（凌晨 5 点的信），7 月 31 号就发现账号登陆上去就不正常了，再去 AppStore 查看，发现 APP 也被下架，找不到了。。。。
我的心 拔凉拔凉的~
我想请教，我该如何申诉呢？回复那份邮件吗？回复时，可以用中文回复吗？还是必须用英文回复呢？
以下是那封不明就里的邮件原文，因为其中没有详细告知我到底哪里欺诈了。。。
Notice of Termination （此为邮件主题）
Hello Zhang Mei,
This letter serves as notice of termination of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (the “ ADP Agreement ”) and the Apple Developer Agreement (the “ Developer Agreement ”) between you and Apple effective immediately.
Pursuant to Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement, you agreed that you would not “ commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple ’ s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, B2B Program, or the Program.” Apple has good reason to believe that you violated this Section due to documented indications of fraudulent conduct associated with your account.
Apple is exercising its right to terminate your status as an Apple developer pursuant to the Apple Developer Agreement and is terminating you under the ADP Agreement for dishonest and fraudulent acts relating to that agreement. We would like to remind you of your obligations with regard to all software and other confidential information that you obtained from Apple as an Apple developer and under the ADP Agreement. You must promptly cease all use of and destroy such materials and comply with all the other termination obligations set forth in Section 11.3 of the ADP Agreement and Section 10 of the Apple Developer Agreement.
This letter is not intended to be a complete statement of the facts regarding this matter, and nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved. Finally, please note that we will deny your reapplication to the Apple Developer Program for at least a year considering the nature of your acts.

chemfinder OP @milukun 最后也没有回复我任何理由。所以，我猜，这是苹果变向赚钱的一种办法，你想啊，一个账号一封，一年的年费 99 美刀就这样木有了，还不需要给你任何解释，比抢钱都安全，你找谁说理去？人家苹果电话客服最多只告诉你一句：对不起，审核组是对外封闭的，我们都联系不到。看到了，传说中的审核组，是与世隔绝的，你根本不知道他们在哪里、以什么理由、以什么方式封你的号，似乎全世界的人都遗忘了还有 99 美刀这件事一样，好像苹果富的你跟他提钱就很挫一样，那么不在乎钱的，但其实，他们就在数你的钱呢，只可惜，咱们中国人好像也没人在乎 99 美刀这事儿，这我就感觉，咱们的人民富足民族复兴的大业已经完成了，咱中国人都不差钱。我拖了中国人的后腿了~~~

1、已经封号的账号，放弃了。 2、放弃之前，自己下架自己的 APP。 3、因为你如果不自己下架的话，你的 APP 名字会被你占用。 4、重新申请一个账号，再交 99 美刀获得金光闪闪的开发者资格。 5、以最快的速度在新开账号上创建你的 APP，先把名字占上，再慢慢提交。 6、坐等下一次被封号 7、慢慢的，99 美刀这个数字，最终将成为你的噩梦 8、花出去的 99 美刀并没有离开你，它们只是以另外一种方式放进了苹果的口袋里，忘记或许好受一些。。 |

@chemfinder 我的账号恢复了
整个过程经历了大概 24 天 我是当天进行申诉，然后第二天在后台进行回复，回复的时候并且上传了一个视频，介绍我的 APP。把机审（或审核人员）有可能误判的地方进行了解释。中间一直能登陆，大概到 17 天的时候，我电话联系了苹果。对方查看了我的情况后说我及时进行了回复，只要在 14 天内进行了回复解释，就等待审核人员回复结果就可以了。于是我就接着等，然后最后发来了邮件： Hello, Thank you for contacting the App Review Board. We are writing to let you know the results of your appeal for your app, XXXX The App Review Board has evaluated your app and determined that your Apple Developer Program account will not be terminated. 就是说之前是误判，现在恢复了 然后给出了其他拒绝的理由，接下来就等修改重新提交了 |

另外整个过程我都是中文回复，中文电话，中文录制视频的。但是除了电话是中文外，其他回复我的都是英文

只是 你太幸运了 我的到现在都没有恢复 我也是第二天就恢复了很长很长的一封邮件 而且为了防止他们看不懂中文 我还找朋友翻译成了英文 电话客服的次数很多很多 但是 审核组至今没有给我答复~ |

一年前被封的账号，账号上还有 app，不知道目前有没有解封成功的？
