github 新账户，什么都没有，怎么就提示账户被 flagged?

    这是一个创建于 1846 天前的主题，其中的信息可能已经有所发展或是发生改变。

    新注册的一个账户，没有任何 repo 的创建 fork 等操作。大家有遇到过这样的情况吗？
