刚刚接到了 Google Cloud 的电话，台湾的号码，不会说中文。英语比较渣听了个大概就是说感谢我使用他们的产品，问我有没有什么需要帮助的地方，希望我给点反馈。

免费用户一听说 Google Cloud 的还有点紧张，我以为像阿里云国际一样流量用超了来找我扣钱。

还没用到免费的呢，，google payment 被锁了，导致现在连 google voice 都充值不了
