Chrome 55 的页面编码选项在哪里？

翻遍了所有的菜单，用上了 Help > Search 也没发现， Google 不到任何结果，难不成这个很少使用没有什么存在感但是在必要时能救命的选项就这么。。。

貌似为了提速被移除了，等扩展吧

@tghgffdgd 感谢，仔细看了原委，原来是 [CED]( https://github.com/google/compact_enc_det) 的加入使得自动检测编码被默认打开同时不牺牲性能，因而 text encoding UI 变得不再必要而被移除。至于这个菜单本身似乎对速度不会有什么影响吧。。。
