美服战网号被锁,忘记安全问题.重置帐号的时候客服不认中国身份证咋办...

Hey there!
It appears that your ID is in a language that the Americas' Support Team does not support. As such, we can not verify it in order to assist in recovery of the account. If you can submit an ID that has the information listed in Times New Roman, we may be able to assist further. For example, many passports do this.
We may also be able to help out through one of our live contact channels. This would be Phone Callback or Live Chat: https://us.battle.net/support/en/blog/8352035 . We do have hours of operation for these though, so if the buttons are grey, that does mean we're closed for the day. The hours for phones are 12pm-8pm and 10am-10pm for chat (all times in Central timezone).

美服和台服的号都给锁了,而且都比较早,转战网之后基本都AFK了,现在都不记得注册时用的名字了...
完全找不回... |

这也是中国现在身份证的一个设计问题，完全没有考虑到如果需要在国外用的时候的问题。 |

@mercurylanded 只能用护照了，护照很容易办，200块，没要求，谁都可以办，有效期10年。

题外话，楼主就直接在美服以中国公民身份注册的吗？我记得我同学玩美服，里面说只向澳洲和北美洲提供服务，后来他被封号要求提供美国社会保险号或者美国驾驶执照副本，当时就……

护照，或者尝试前往公证处开具双语公证书。

身份证自己翻译下，拼成一张图和身份证扫描件（正反）放在一起，我当时就是这样重置美服手机验证器的。

我是很久没玩，结果美服帐号被冻。我只记得帐号，密码都忘了。点官网页面下方那个“我被盗号了！”然后挨个操作找回来的。
与以前解锁帐号不同的是，以前只能通过安全问题啥的去找回密码，现在还可以用你已买cdkey的游戏的cdkey前几位做验证，这样方便了连安全问题都忘掉的人，比如我 |
