[上海] 招聘后端工程师和产品经理

大家好。上次发招聘贴后已经有新同事入职，最近相关职位又有空缺，另外增加了一个产品经理职位，所以我再来发个帖。

EMQ 是一家做跨境支付的公司，有比较西式的创业公司氛围。目前有 80 多员工，开发团队有 18 人左右，在台湾、香港、新加坡、印度、欧洲和东南亚都有同事。我们的上海办公室在北外滩星荟中心 WeWork 。如果你不在上海，但是在我们有办公室的其他城市并有相关工作签证，也可以申请。

后端工程师（ Erlang ）

要求

• 取得计算机科学或相关专业本科/硕士学位，或同等知识和经验水平
• 有丰富的 Erlang 语言开发经验
• 熟悉 PostgreSQL 数据库和其他常见开源中间件
• 熟悉测试框架和工具，在开发中有保持较高测试覆盖率的习惯
• 熟悉和理解重要的软件工程原则
• 良好的分析和解决复杂问题的能力
• 良好的口头和书面沟通能力和跨部门协作能力
• 能用英语进行工作沟通
• 加分项：还熟悉 Python 、TypeScript 、Clojure 其中一种或多种语言
• 加分项：熟悉 AWS 的常用服务和 API ，熟悉 Kubernetes
• 加分项：有支付行业工作经验

职责

• 设计、开发、维护支付网络各后端服务
• 与运维团队协作确保系统的高可用性
• 与产品和运营团队协作解决生产环境中遇到的问题
• 在团队中促进最佳实践的实施，提高测试、模块化、自动化水平

后端工程师（数据和自动化）

要求

• 取得计算机科学或相关专业本科/硕士学位，或同等知识和经验水平
• 有丰富的 TypeScript 和 Python 开发经验
• 熟悉 PostgreSQL 数据库和其他常见开源中间件
• 熟悉常见开源数据分析工具
• 熟悉 AWS 的常用服务和 API ，
• 熟悉测试框架和工具，在开发中有保持较高测试覆盖率的习惯
• 熟悉和理解重要的软件工程原则
• 良好的分析和解决复杂问题的能力
• 能用英语进行口头和书面沟通
• 良好的跨部门协作能力
• 加分项：有支付行业工作经验

职责

• 设计、开发、维护内部自动化和数据分析系统
• 与产品和其他团队协作发掘自动化和提高公司运转效率的机会
• 与运维团队协作进行系统的部署并保证高可用性
• 在团队中促进最佳实践的实施，提高测试、模块化、自动化水平

产品经理

产品经理需要能以相对流利的英语和国外同事及客户交流，我就直接贴英文的 JD 了。

要求

• 3-5 years experience designing and developing payments or financial products and services for enterprises and financial institutions
• Fluent user of prototyping and documentation tools
• Obsession over the user experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead without authority
• A deep understanding of payments and associated technologies
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective & proactive communicator in both written and spoken English

职责

• Develop and execute a comprehensive payments product strategy aligned with EMQ's overarching goals
• Define and prioritise features according to market demands, customer feedback, and business objectives
• Create and manage a detailed product roadmap aligned with the evolving needs of customers
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development and ensure that our products provide an intuitive and effective experience for businesses and their end users
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Analyse key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Implement data-driven decision-making to optimise product performance and enhance customer satisfaction
