最后还是能够解析出 ip 这个超时是哪里超时了？

nslookup _.com 1.2.3.4

看输出，是请求 DNS 服务器“1.2.3.4”超时了，你没指定就是本地网络配置的那个。
win 上会重试 5 次，我这个是不存在的 dns 服务器所以最后会失败，如果你指定一个存在的 dns 地址，偶尔连不上就很正常了
