gmail 设置转发到 icloud 不就完事了，然后 iOS 直接用默认 icloud 邮箱，虽然可能没那么实时，但起码能收到，而且不用梯子

随便找个 PE 启动盘，都带有 Windows 密码清除工具，有些这类工具功能比较多（比如 Active Password Changer ，但很少有 PE 带这个工具，可以找其他类似工具），可以对任意用户启用、禁用管理员
