阿里云 ECS 开了公网 IPv6，网站上了双栈。
国内 IPv4/IPv6 访问均正常。
国外 IPv4 正常，但是 IPv6 使用国外这俩网站测试的时候，IPv6 都显示无法连接：
ssllabs.com 提示：Unable to connect to the server
ipv6-test.com 提示：web server is unreachable : Connection timed out
难不成只能是国内的 IPv6 才能访问？ IPv6 都要开始主动墙外网了吗……

traceroute6 看一下路由到哪里断的
