今天晚上看 panda tv 的直播，突然打不开页面，错误信息如下：

期间有几分钟， panda.tv 的地址被解析到一个美国的 ip ： 8.5.1.40
现在解析恢复正常了，但是 panda.tv 的浏览器网页还是一直被导引到这个 9192.cn ，有时候还会有一个 ok365.com 的网址。是不是我们当地的电信管理员趁晚上测试劫持的私活？
